Fire & Water: Duo
Co-op platformer for two on one keyboard: guide Ember and Droplet through 10 handcrafted levels of buttons, levers, lifts and floating crates. Fire shrugs off lava, water loves water — green slime kills both.
How to play
A game for two on one keyboard. Ember: WASD (W — jump). Droplet: arrow keys (↑ — jump). A level is complete when BOTH heroes stand on their exit doors. Ember safely wades through lava but dies in water; Droplet is the opposite; green slime kills both — any death instantly restarts the level. Buttons hold gates open while someone stands on them (a crate works too), levers flip mechanisms permanently, lifts ride glowing rails — every button and lever is colour-linked to its mechanism. Crates can be pushed, used as steps and float on liquids as rafts. Red gems are for Ember only, blue for Droplet. Stars per level: finish it, collect all gems, beat the target time. Stand on your partner's head for a boost — and the final level demands real trust: paired buttons must be pressed at the same moment.
